H.O.M.E. Holdings Inflatables

Usage Rules: No shoes, food, drink, or candy on the inflatable. Adults are not allowed unless specific permission is granted. Inflatable must be swept out and cleaned before return. No refunds due to weather. No confetti, chalk, powder, or similar substances allowed. Before deflating, renter must provide clear pictures/video confirming the inflatable's condition and cleanliness. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Setup & Takedown: Delivery includes setup; pickup includes takedown. Customers may elect to pick up and return the item themselves. Set up on a tarp on grass only. Securely stake inflatable and tie off the blower connection. Zip and velcro vent shut before use. For takedown: sweep out debris, wipe marks, remove water, properly deflate and fold. Provide pictures/video confirming cleanliness.

Rental Period & Deposit: Standard rental period is one calendar day (not 24 hours). Security deposit of $75–$150 (depending on item) is refundable within 3–5 business days if no damages occur. A reservation deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit applies toward the total rental price and is non-refundable if you cancel. Weekend and holiday surcharges may apply.

Supervision: Adult supervision is required during setup, takedown, and all use. Children must not participate in setup or takedown. Renter is fully responsible for supervision during use.

Identification: Upon request, renter must provide a valid driver's license or ID for accountability.

Liability & Release: By renting, you release the owner and affiliates from any claims related to injury, property damage, or loss. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from third-party claims arising from use of the equipment. Using inflatable equipment involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and accidents. All safety guidelines must be followed.

Damage Liability: Security deposit is not a cap on liability. Renter is financially responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear. Full replacement cost may be required for total loss or irreparable damage. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or residue.

No Rental Refund Policy: All rental fees are final. No refunds on rental payments for any reason, including dissatisfaction, equipment issues, or changes in plans. This policy applies regardless of weather or timing of pickup/drop-off. Equipment is rented "as-is." This policy applies to rental fees only and does not govern security deposits, which are subject to separate deposit terms.
